  • Preferred by conservative employers
  • It is the traditional resume format

Accomplishment Resume
  • Promotes assets, key credentials and qualification
  • Quick synopsis of your market value followed by employment history
  • Supports your accomplishments that match employer's needs
  • Utilizes benefits of both resume formats
Formatting a Resume
  • Use letter size paper (8.5x11")
  • Choose easy-to-read font
  • Bold section headers
  • Single space between statements; double space between sections
  • Margins should be one inch

Summary Statement
  • Summarizes your value to an employer
